Organized Inventory & Receiving: Log inbound shipments of trailers, parts, and shop supplies; audit invoices against deliveries; and keep yard and shelf inventory accurate and clean. Facility & Equipment Upkeep: Safely operate tractors and forklifts, maintain facility key controls, and ensure the shop remains clean, compliant, and OSHA-ready. Customer Interaction: Walk customers through their completed trailer setups, explain installed accessories, recommend relevant parts for their hauling needs, and assist store sales when needed. What Makes You the Ideal Candidate Mechanically Inclined: You know your way around power tools, standard shop equipment, basic wiring, and mechanical assemblies. Welding or fabrication experience is a strong plus. Process-Driven & Organized: You do not cut corners. Whether logging inventory, reviewing repair orders, or managing paperwork, you keep details straight and schedules on track. Practical Problem Solver: You can interpret diagrams, technical manuals, and measurement specs to diagnose mechanical issues and calculate proper fits. Safety-First Mindset: You treat tools, heavy machinery, and shop spaces with respect, maintaining high standards for personal and team safety.
