Digital Copywriter / Content Designer

Write from the user's perspective, in plain English Make complex language and processes easy to understand Write consistently, maintaining voice and style, across a product Design content to meet user needs Design appropriate usability tests for content Uncover users' mental models for organising information Design information architecture based on analytics, user needs and stakeholder priorities Use methods such as card sorting and tree testing to validate and iterate information architecture Audit, track and map content to IA Requirements Have a degree or diploma in Communication, Design or a related field Have UX writing, content design and content strategy experience on digital products or digital platforms Possess a good portfolio that demonstrates creativity and craft in writing for digital products or media Have strong conceptual skills with knowledge of how copy relates to design and user experience Minimum 3 years' experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer
