PYG Therapy is expanding our pediatric therapy team and is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide in-home services to children and families throughout Arizona in the afternoon hours from 2-8PM . We welcome both experienced clinicians and those looking to develop their skills within pediatric home health.

Responsibilities include
Deliver speech therapy interventions in the home environment under the direction of a supervising SLP Carry out treatment plans and therapy activities established by the supervising therapist Document patient participation, progress, and outcomes in a timely manner Educate caregivers on strategies and activities that support progress outside of therapy sessions Communicate regularly with supervising therapists regarding patient status and treatment needs Foster positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and community members Scheduling Options We recognize that every therapist's availability is different.
Available opportunities include: Part-time W-2 employment or 1099 contract arrangements in the afternoon (2-8PM) Custom schedules with minimum weekly sessions ranging from 8-12 visits, depending on employment type Opportunities throughout multiple Arizona communities Required Qualifications Applicants must possess: Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license Current CPR certification Article 9 certification Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Ability to work independently while collaborating with supervising clinicians Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills Afternoon availability from 2-8PM Join Our Team If you're seeking a pediatric therapy opportunity that offers flexibility, professional support, and the chance to make a difference in children's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
