GCPay Specialist – General Contracting Division – Accounting Department We have an immediate need for a GCPay Specialist to support General Contracting for PSI / PII, based out of our Woodstock, GA office location. The GCPay Specialist is responsible for processing subcontractor pay applications, accounts payable invoices, retainage releases, and compliance documentation through GCPay and Acumatica while ensuring accurate billing and contract compliance.

Our depth of clients expertise ranges from the grocery industry to big box retail as well as both state and Federal government projects in military and healthcare. What You’ll Do: Review and process subcontractor pay applications, lien waivers, and supporting documentation. Verify contract values, change orders, and previous billings.

Process and approve subcontractor invoices in GCPay and Acumatica. Manage retainage billing and release procedures. Ensure invoices are coded to the correct project, subcontract, and branch. Reconcile subcontractor billings against contracts and approved change orders. Coordinate with project managers regarding contract modifications and billing discrepancies.

Communicate with subcontractors to resolve billing and documentation issues. Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation. Support month-end close activities and accounting procedures. Perform adhoc requests.

What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree or related experience in accounting or finance. 2-3 years of construction accounting, accounts payable, or subcontractor billing experience.

Experience with GCPay, Acumatica, or similar construction accounting software preferred; Procore experience is a plus. Knowledge of subcontract billing, retainage, lien waivers, and change order management. Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Highest standards of accuracy and precision; strong data entry skills. Solid mathematical skills and ability to reconcile subcontractor billings against contract values and change orders. Knowledge of engineering, architectural and construction invoice processing procedures. Fosters a positive work environment with both external and internal customers through demonstration of strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
