Quality Inspector 1

Job Details: Job Location: PJ Texas Mfg Facility

• Sumner, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, As a Quality Inspector 1, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our trailers. You will be responsible for monitoring production processes, identifying potential quality issues, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on trailers throughout the manufacturing process, including raw materials and final products. Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential issues. Data Tracking: Track and record quality assurance data, including key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration: Work closely with the manufacturing team to address quality issues and implement improvements. Documentation: Utilize checklists, standard work, and quality standards to document inspection findings and corrective actions. Problem-Solving: Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

Attention to Detail: Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies. Technical Skills: Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
