Insurance Agent - Producer

Responsibilities

Customer Service – Establish and develop customer relationships with regular follow-up – Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service – Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing Sales & Growth – Sell P&C (Commercial, Workers Comp, EPLI, Auto, Home), Health, Life & Annuity insurance – Meet monthly sales quotas by following agency processes – Promote new business, cross-sell products, and support new initiatives – Achieve monthly and annual production goals Training & Compliance – Become familiar with products, services, and systems.

– Participate in agency training programs. – Follow proper processes and procedures to ensure professional, high-quality service.

Qualifications

– All applicable state licenses for property and casualty and/or health and life insurances are required – Confident, motivated individual who works well independently. – Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. – Experienced with brokerage agency or insurance related fields – Legally eligible to work in U.S
