CTM, State Reporting and Compliance

Leads the design and continuous improvement of the systems and operating processes that enable State Reporting and Compliance (SRC) to function effectively. The position ensures SRC has reliable tools, workflows, monitoring, and documentation to support submission readiness, data quality, regulatory compliance, and campus support.

The CTM translates business needs into requirements, coordinates testing and implementation, partners with Information Technology and other stakeholders to resolve system and process issues, and ensures solutions are practical, sustainable, and aligned to district priorities. The CTM directly supervises the Coordinator 2 – Systems Operations / Knowledge Management and is accountable for the consistency, reliability, and continuity of SRC’s internal systems and operational processes.
