CNC Operator

CNC Operator – Onley, TX Pay: Competitive based on experience Full-time | Day & Night shifts available We are hiring a skilled CNC Operator to set up, operate, and perform basic programming (MDI) on CNC machining centers. Ideal candidates must have experience working with precision tolerances and blueprint interpretation.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines (Vertical Machining Centers). Perform basic programming using MDI. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Maintain machining tolerances of ±.005 or better. Conduct in-process quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools. Assist in fixture design and perform preventive maintenance on machines.

✨ Advanced Roles May Include: Leading small teams or training operators. Applying GD&T standards and ISO 9001 quality procedures.

Requirements

Experience operating CNC machines. Strong knowledge of precision measurement tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Willingness to work day or night shifts. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
