Work with evolving designs and instructions, helping clarify build requirements as prototype maturity changes Label, protect, and package completed assemblies for internal evaluation, shipment, or customer review Maintain an organized, safe work area and care for tools, equipment, and prototype materials Follow applicable handling, quality, safety, and configuration-control procedures Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and program teams to support build schedules and resolve issues.

Comfort working with small components, hand tools, and detailed assembly tasks Ability to follow technical instructions and ask questions when requirements are unclear Careful attention to detail when assembling parts, performing checks, and documenting results Clear written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills for entering build notes, test results, and other records A reliable, organized, and adaptable approach in a hands-on environment.
