Minimum Employment Requirements for Consideration Candidate must hold or be able to obtain teaching certificate with OSPI including the appropriate endorsement. Candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English and will need to pass a language fluency assessment. Assessments are given by invitation only. Upon consideration applicants will be contacted to schedule a test.
