Regional Sales Manager – West England & Wales (Dairy Energy)

Join Dairy Energy , Biolectric’s distributor in the UK, and help drive the growth of farm-scale renewable energy across the West of England and Wales. Working directly with dairy farmers, you'll identify new business opportunities, develop commercially viable projects, and support the adoption of innovative anaerobic digestion technology that helps farms produce their own sustainable energy.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage sales opportunities across your territory. Build trusted relationships with dairy farmers and agricultural businesses. Assess farm operations and identify suitable Biolectric projects. Guide opportunities from first conversation through to contract signing. Represent Biolectric at industry events, farm visits, and customer open days.

What We're Looking For

Experience in agricultural sales, farming, consultancy, renewable energy, or a related sector. Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. Good understanding of agricultural business operations, ideally within dairy farming. Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a regional territory independently.

Willingness to travel regularly across West England and Wales. Key Competencies Commercial awareness and business development mindset. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Ability to build credibility with farmers and industry stakeholders. Strong planning and project management capabilities. Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented approach.
