Taco John’s is looking for a high-energy Shift Manager who can bring the fun, support the crew, and help guests leave happier than they arrived.

What You’ll Do Set the tone for a positive, team-first shift where people work hard and have fun.

Lead, coach, and empower team members to deliver fast, friendly service and crave-worthy food. Take ownership of shift execution so operations run smoothly from open to close. Greet guests, take orders, and keep the restaurant and drive-thru experience upbeat and welcoming. Complete accurate register transactions and help maintain strong cash-handling practices.

Prepare, store, and handle food ingredients safely and consistently. Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready restaurant and dining environment.
