Altruix is seeking a Delivery Driver to support pharmacy operations at the Annapolis, MD location by transporting prescription medications to group homes, agencies, and partner facilities back and forth from Delaware to Annapolis, MD.

This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and secure delivery of medications while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. The Delivery Driver will operate a company-provided vehicle and represent Altruix in the field. This is a full-time position. Workdays and hours will be Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm.

Delivery routes and schedules will be communicated in advance whenever possible. We are specifically looking for candidates who reside in Delaware, preferably in or near Claymont, Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Smyrna, or Dover. Your travel time between your home and the Annapolis pharmacy is paid. At the end of your route, your workday ends—you'll take your company vehicle home and report back to Annapolis the following morning.

Compensation

For this role ranges from $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery & Vehicle: Safely operate company-provided vehicles in accordance with all company policies and traffic laws Deliver prescription medications and supplies in a timely and accurate manner Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to meet client expectations Properly handle and transport medications in compliance with HIPAA and company guidelines Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance needs as required Service & Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients and team members Use company-provided communication devices in compliance with company policies Represent Altruix in a professional manner in appearance and conduct Complete required training and adhere to all company procedures Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license Clean driving record for the past 3 years Ability to handle and transport sensitive materials responsibly Strong time management and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Previous delivery, courier, or logistics experience preferred Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy, or a regulated environment preferred Familiarity with route planning or delivery tracking systems preferred Strong customer service background preferred BENEFITS: Competitive pay ($20.
