ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the agent and team members to meet individual and team sales goals
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Be open to feedback from team members, manager, and agent to grow your sales skills
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Sales experience preferred
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Able to obtain a Life and Health License
• Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
