• Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• This role has administrative aspects but is largely a hands on role helping with work orders and apartment turns as needed.
• Hands on HVAC Experience (2+ years and certification strongly preferred) Schedule: Monday
• Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 3 weeks Full Time
• Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available! A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position. This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening. Valid driver’s license required.
