Think Patented is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Promotional Products Coordinator to support our growing promotional products division. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with customers, suppliers and co-workers.

What You'll Do

Assist with customer quotes, pricing, and idea presentations. Enter promotional product orders accurately into an order management system. Manage orders from entry through delivery confirmation. Coordinate customer projects with Sales, Receiving, Fulfillment, Shipping, Accounting, and other internal departments. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.

What We're Looking For

Promotional products experience preferred, but not required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of experience in order entry, order management, customer service, or accounting support. Experience working in an ERP or order management system. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow. Work Schedule & Location Full-Time, Salaried Exempt Monday-Friday. Typical business hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm. Minimum of 4 days per week in the office with up to 1 remote day per week with manager approval.
