Client Service Manager, ANZ

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and well-organised Account Manager to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities within our existing business. You will focus on retention and growth strategies within Crimtan Australia’s portfolio of existing business. The goal is to promote and expand Australia’s commercial activities that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth.

Ideal Experience: At least 4 years experience in Business Development or Account Management in programmatic advertising or performance marketing sectors (Agency, Affiliate, Programmatic, etc.) A good understanding of the online media and performance marketing industry in Australia The ideal candidate will have worked with either directly to advertisers or digital agencies Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of commercial mindedness Ability to “simplify” complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously Practical skills: Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience in managing key relationships with key clients Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting and revenue reporting and processes Excellent organisational skills Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a busy and agile environment Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative Possess a strong work ethic with a drive to progress, shine and succeed Setting campaigns up for success, i.

e. ensuring hitting core KPIs: Supporting the trading team by relaying information from the client in a timely manner, including pixel setup and tags, targets, competitor performance, external factors affecting campaign, setting up the required reports etc. Monitoring campaign performance, by ensuring we are pacing correctly and are on target Fielding client requests, whether admin or insights, such as insights reports, campaign booking information etc.

Pro-actively managing expectations and educating the client when it comes to best practice, campaign strategies & KPIs, what is/isn’t possible etc. Client servicing and support : Becoming their go-to, indispensable partner, where clients trust your expertise and value your input, be it on campaign execution, specific programmatic needs or wider programmatic strategy Going the extra mile in terms of servicing – being pro-active and giving them truly bespoke insights during and after campaign

• Supporting on troubleshooting and client enquiries Understanding the bigger picture by learning about your clients’ products, general industry trends, or developments in digital marketing that may be relevant to them. Promoting, retaining and supporting client growth by : Answering briefs and going to client meetings in order share your experience gained running campaigns Being commercially minded by developing strong client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities and generally seeking opportunities to promote our solutions to clients
