Community Relations Specialist
Job description
The Community Relations Specialist evaluates market needs, supports routine contracting, educates providers and service organizations, and builds relationships on behalf of the Health Plan(s). The specialist also tracks and reports providers, members and market changes, assists other service areas, and provides high-quality service to members and providers across the market.
