Location: Shepherd’s Bush or Chiswick Salary: £16.30 per hour (Level 3) | £15.30 per hour (Level 2) | £14.80 per hour (unqualified) Hours: Full-time | 4 days per week | 10 hours per day | Permanent, all year round What You’ll Do As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll help provide child-led, high-quality early years care, ensuring every child thrives in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will ideally have: A full and relevant Early Years Qualification (preferred) Experience working with children under 5 (essential) Fluent English (essential) A flexible, positive approach Creativity and the ability to plan and lead daily activities Excellent communication and listening skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships with families Commitment to safeguarding and protecting children The ability to work effectively as part of a team Willingness to complete a DBS check and provide references Newpark Childcare is an equal opportunities employer, fully committed to safeguarding children.
