Sales Training Manager

The Sales Training Manager builds and owns LFCU's frontline sales training program across branch and contact center channels, in conjunction with department leadership, partnering with retail leaders to diagnose performance gaps, design curriculum, and plan program rollouts. This role leads program strategy and implementation planning, managing external training vendors and coordinating with frontline leadership to ensure adoption; training delivery and coaching follow as execution of that plan.

The role is designed to grow with the organization; as the program matures, the Sales Training Manager will have the opportunity to build and lead a team while retaining strategic program ownership.
