Job Description Summary The Commercial Executive – East China is responsible for supporting sales growth, customer development, and business expansion across the coatings industry within the East China region. The role focuses on managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting commercial activities across key coatings segments including architectural, industrial, wood, ink, pigment, and protective coatings.

The position works closely with customers, distributors, and internal technical and commercial teams to strengthen market presence, support customers’ requirements, and deliver sustainable business growth through effective commercial execution and customer engagement. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused profession with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate effectively within a dynamic and competitive market environment.

Job Description Sales and Business Expansion You support sales growth and business expansion across East China coatings markets You identify and develop new customer opportunities within assigned territories and market segments You maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, distributors and channel partners You support implementation of regional sales and market development strategies.

Customer Relationship Management You build strong relationships with customers and key business stakeholders You understand customer needs and provide timely commercial support and coordination You follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and commercial discussions. You support customer retention and account growth initiatives Market Coverage & Commercial Support You conduct regular customer visits and market engagement activities across East China You support market penetration activities within architectural, wood, ink & pigment, and industrial coatings segments You assist in coordinating customer projects, sampling activities, and business follow up You maintain strong market visibility and customer responsiveness .

Commercial Discipline & Execution You ensure compliance with company commercial policies and pricing guidelines . You support achievement of sales targets, profitability objectives and business KPIs You maintain strong execution discipline and follow-through on customer commitments You contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes and customer engagement.

Market Intelligence & Reporting You monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing developments, and customer movements You provide regular market feedback and business updates to management You maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and forecasting information You support preparation of sales reports and commercial performance analysis.
