Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION Rise Analytics is a data and analytics technology company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Trellance, focused on helping financial institutions unlock the full value of their data. Through its cloud-native analytics platform, Rise enables credit unions and banks to integrate, analyze, and activate data across the organization to drive smarter decisions, improve member experiences, and accelerate growth.
The platform combines a modern data lakehouse architecture with advanced analytics, AI-driven predictive models, and purpose-built solutions for marketing, lending, finance, and risk. Rise Analytics serves a growing network of financial institutions and partners that rely on its technology to transform data into actionable intelligence.
Overall Responsibility: Own the strategy, roadmap, and results for the product. Set the direction and priorities for the product, and carry those decisions through discovery, delivery, launch, and adoption. Analyze market and competitive conditions to lay out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers value based on client demand.
Essential Functions
Build and own the multi-year strategic vision, goals, and roadmap for the product. Prioritize with conviction: decide which use cases to pursue based on client needs, competitive analysis, market opportunity, and feasibility- and be able to defend every no as clearly as every yes. Drive discovery with internal and external clients, pressure-testing the business problem and the value at stake before capacity is committed to a solution.
Lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to bring new products and features to market, holding the group to one shared definition of done. Partner with a scrum team to drive delivery of the product roadmap: write clear epics and features, resolve ambiguity quickly, and attend scrum ceremonies. Define, monitor, and own the product metrics and KPIs that prove whether the product is working- adoption, retention, revenue, and measurable outcomes.
Lead go-to-market activities to ensure new products and features are successfully launched and supported across the organization, and stay accountable for adoption well past release. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required. 5+ years of experience in product management required.
Fintech, banking, or credit union experience required. Ability to translate fluidly between technical and non-technical teams required. Agile/scrum experience required. Experience in a start-up environment preferred. Experience with data, analytics, or business intelligence products preferred.
