Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Regional Clinic Manager – MN Hub 📍 Location: Minnesota Hub, including: La Crescent Harmony, Spring Grove, and Houston Clinics 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried About the Role Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Regional Clinic Manager to lead operations across our Minnesota Clinic Hub.

This leadership role is based in La Crescent , with regular travel to Harmony, Spring Grove, and Houston clinics. You will oversee approximately 40 staff members, including RNs, MAs, and Schedulers, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for four high-performing clinics. Collaborate closely with the medical partner, regional administration, and system leaders to achieve clinical, financial, and quality goals. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support staff development and ensure optimal day-to-day clinic operations.

Starting salary of $86, 216, eligible for a high salary based on experience. What You Need Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience: 3+ years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience with demonstrated leadership skills (1+ year in healthcare management preferred). Licensure: Valid Driver’s License Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead with empathy and clarity.
