Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in providing visible, values-led leadership across every aspect of our home. As a trusted deputy, you will help cultivate a culture where outstanding resident experiences, colleague wellbeing, continuous quality improvement, and regulatory compliance are embedded into everyday practice.

You will lead the home with confidence in the absence of the Home Manager, maintaining operational oversight and championing safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.

Key responsibilities include

Leading, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary care and support teams. Driving care quality, robust governance, and continuous CQC inspection readiness. Managing day-to-day operations, safe staffing levels, and admissions. Upholding Hill Care's core CARE values: Compassion, Aspiration, Respect, and Empowerment .
