Project Advisor

Role Overview As the team’s Project Advisor, you will meet with homeowners at company-provided appointments, inspect roofing systems, identify customer needs, and recommend roofing solutions that combine quality, value, and a strong customer experience. You will guide customers through product options, applicable insurance processes, estimates, financing or payment solutions, and the decision-making process through the close of the sale.

As an essential part of the Sales team, you will complete accurate project documentation, provide inspection information that helps Production plan successful installations, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams throughout the job lifecycle. You will be part of a very collaborative, very agile team working collectively to fulfill our mission of saving our communities from unscrupulous contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Run pre-set customer appointments provided by the company.
• Perform thorough rooftop inspections when safe access is possible and attic inspections when feasible to assess ventilation and potential damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, applicable insurance processes, and available product options.
• Present detailed estimates and financing or payment plans, negotiate solutions, and close sales.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation after a job is sold.
• Mark up inspection photos to provide the Production team with information needed for effective job planning.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers and internal teams throughout the job lifecycle.

• Proven sales experience in the construction or home improvement industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Good understanding of project estimation and specification processes.
• Demonstrated history of personal and professional integrity.
