The Associate High Velocity Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing business within an assigned region directly to assigned customer accounts. You will work with cross functional teams to formulate client strategies, manage clients and bring to closure client opportunities. The right candidate will be focused on maximizing and increasing the value delivered by Aspen.
Tech solutions to our clients by selling Aspen. Tech engineering software portfolio and implementation services for such products comprising of world leading Engineering solutions. Your Impact Develop and execute account, pipeline and competitive displacement plans to drive growth. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting, RFP responses to negotiation and closing.
Analyze customer business priorities and competitive software usage to position tailored solution selling. Challenge workflows to drive digital transformation and measurable results for clients. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to the leadership team. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales plan.
What You'll Need
3-5 years in consultative sales or industry related roles. Proven ability to prospect new markets and manage complex solution based sales. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders. Great written and oral communication skills. Self-discipline and motivation with the ability to set goals that exceed the expectation of the company or manager.
Additional consideration for candidates with: Bachelor degree in Chemical, Industrial, Production, Business or Petroleum engineering. Familiarity with process modeling software products and services, advance process control / real time optimization, manufacturing execution systems and planning and scheduling solutions preferred, but not required.
Process industry knowledge a plus, but not required.
