- Quality Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, processes, and standards.
- Lead quality planning for new products, including setting quality objectives, conducting risk analysis and formulating test validation and reliability test plans.
- Design and oversee test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Quality Execution and Control
- Supervise and coordinate quality control activities across all stages from product design and manufacturing through to delivery.
- Execute quality checkpoint reviews to ensure products meet company standards.
- Investigate non-conforming products, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and determine and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead or support functional testing, integration testing, etc.
- Process Improvement and System Maintenance
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, applying methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Plan and conduct internal and external quality system audits (including suppliers, customers, and certification bodies).
- Team Collaboration and Communication
- Act as a quality champion, providing guidance and training on quality requirements to all departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, operations, and supply chain teams to identify quality risks early in the development cycle.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer quality issues, bringing the voice of the customer into the company and driving issue resolution.
- Prepare and submit quality reports, communicating quality status, risk assessments, and release readiness to management and stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field Minimum 4 years of quality assurance or quality engineering experience Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001 standards Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Fluent in English (both written and spoken) What We Offer Competitive salary & performance bonus Social insurance & housing fund, annual leave, and benefits Global offshore/marine projects & cross-cultural teamwork
