Join our Smart Aftersales Service practice and help global organizations optimize their aftermarket supply chains. This role focuses on inventory optimization, warehouse operations, spare parts planning, logistics execution, and ERP-enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Support spare parts planning and inventory optimization initiatives. Improve warehouse and logistics operations. Support ERP implementations and process transformation programs. Participate in data migration and master data management initiatives. Conduct business process analysis and fit-gap assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams.

Qualifications

Advanced English. University Degree 2–5 years (Analyst) or 5–9 years (Consultant) of experience in aftermarket/aftersales service operations, supply chain, or logistics, including ERP platform exposure. 10–15 years (Manager) or 15–20 years (Senior Manager) of experience in aftermarket/aftersales service operations, supply chain, or logistics, including ERP platform exposure.

Preferred Experience Experience in: Spare Parts Planning Inventory Management Warehouse Operations Logistics Demand Forecasting Order-to-Cash Processes Supply Chain Management Exposure to: SAP EWM SAP SD SAP MM Oracle SCM O9 Microsoft D365 Ideal Background Industrial Equipment, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Medical Devices.
