Job Location: Bengaluru (Hosur) Work Mode: Work From Office Employment Type: Contract Job Responsibilities Handle customer interactions through voice channels in a professional and courteous manner. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

Handle customer queries, complaints and service requests effectively. Follow defined processes, SOPs and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet defined productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams as per process guidelines.

Eligibility & Skills Graduate in any discipline. Relevant experience in International Voice / Customer Service processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach. Willingness to work from office.

Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
