We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN)** to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In this role, you will:

Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments

Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns

Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans

Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing

Review lab results and respond to signs of infection

Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols

Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care

Prepare and over-see daily schedule for nursing department.

Ensure proper coverage for all nursing assignments, documenting call ins and finding their replacement.

Assist in orientating new CNA's and complete new hire/annual proficiencies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re seeking someone who:

Holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state

Has experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred)

Possesses strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

Works independently and thrives in a team-centered environment
