Paramedic - PRN

• Haxtun, CO, Position Type: PRN, Salary Range: $50.00 - $150.00Commission, Job Shift: On-Call, Paramedic If you're looking for flexible, PRN-only work and a meaningful way to support patients in your community, Haxtun Health Ambulance might be the perfect fit. Unlike a typical 9-to-5 position, this role does not have regularly scheduled shifts. Instead, our dedicated responders provide coverage on an as-needed basis. Application Deadline: Applications are accepted on a regular basis. Here's how it works: Weekday coverage is handled by the first available responders who can answer the call. Weekend coverage is provided by two on-call responders from Saturday at 6:00 a.m. to Monday at 6:00 a.m. During this time, you'll receive on-call hourly pay. In addition to on-call pay, you'll also earn commission based on a per-trip basis for every call you take. As a Paramedic, you'll be responsible for providing immediate, high-quality care to critically ill and injured patients. This includes responding to both emergency calls and inter-facility transfers, all while following the guidelines set by the Haxtun Ambulance EMS Protocols and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Current valid Driver’s License Must possess and maintain current Colorado EMS certification (Paramedic).
