ES Benefit Associate

St. Francis Health Services is seeking an Employment Systems Benefits Associate to support benefits administration, ACA compliance and reporting, HR technology, payroll processes, and training across the organization. This position serves as a key resource for facility HR Directors and provides backup payroll support.

Hybrid or remote work may be considered for qualified candidates who reside within commuting distance of Morris, MN, and can work at the corporate office as needed. Salary range: $61,500–$76,120 annually.
