The role requires direct collaboration with cross-functional teams, real-time problem-solving, and timely responses to customer and operational needs. As a customer-facing position, onsite presence facilitates efficient communication with colleagues and subject matter experts, enabling effective service delivery and faster resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

The role also requires participation in team meetings, operational processes, and occasional onsite trainings that are critical to achieving customer service objectives.

About the Role

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and lead marketing strategy and execution for our domestic trucking factoring business. This role will drive measurable business growth through integrated B2B marketing strategies that generate qualified opportunities, increase customer acquisition and retention, strengthen the brand and contribute to revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer, strategic thinker and tactical executor, able to drive performance while also supporting in-the-weeds execution. What You’ll Do Develop, execute and optimize integrated B2B marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth for our domestic factoring business Partner with Sales and business leadership to translate business objectives into marketing priorities and go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences Develop segmentation, lifecycle and marketing automation strategies that deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time Monitor campaign and funnel performance, using data and insights to optimize results and demonstrate impact on leads, pipeline and revenue Manage multiple initiatives and cross-functional priorities while maintaining a strong focus on execution, quality and measurable results Monitor factoring industry trends, competitor activity, customer needs and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with B2B experience strongly preferred Financial services background desired Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform preferred Demonstrated experience developing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing and marketing automation Exceptional communication, presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for business impact Apply Today!
