About the role

You will work with thein an established team to serve families in the Auckland region. You will be part of an established multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive support to our service users and their families through strengths-based and culturally appropriate approaches. The role is aimed at strengthening independent living for those who access our services.

Use strength-based and culturally appropriate approaches Advocate for the rights, safety and wellbeing of Pacific Community Provide support across the Auckland region Deliver meaningful social work Use trauma informed practice models About you Registerable or registered with SWRB Comprehensive knowledge of a Pacific Culture Knowledge of Pacific modes of delivery Full, clean New Zealand Driver Licence Pacific language proficiency Eligible to work in New Zealand Benefits Mobile phone and laptop Use of fleet vehicles for work purposes Uniform Wellbeing activities EAP Pay is inline with Social Work Payspine About us Vaka Tautua is a national ‘by Pacific for Pacific’ service provider.
