E-Commerce Inventory & General Inventory Lead

The E-Commerce Inventory and General Inventory Lead is responsible for the accurate tracking, staging, and reporting of nursery inventory across general growing operations, perennial crops, and the company's e-commerce channel. This role coordinates plant readiness with sales, shipping, and online order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate transitions from production to sale — both in-house and online.

The position requires a field-focused leader with strong organizational, digital, and communication skills who can maintain data accuracy across multiple inventory systems.
