Operation Support Officer – (MOE School)

Job Roles & Responsibilities Ensure proper switching off of lights, fans and air-conditions with a view to prevent wastage Preparation of rooms for special use e.g. meetings, seminars, discussion, etc. To have a checklist for different occasions Ensure proper storage of things in the store room after usage Half yearly tidying of storage spaces/rooms Traffic control every morning at the main gate Opening and closing of doors Work with cleaners to ensure cleaning is carried out daily and according to specification Report fault and/or areas of maintenance/improvement Requirements Job Requirements Primary school education Physically fit and have no problem carrying items like furniture to different location to setting up for exam, or events upon request.

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident. Preferably has at least 3 year of experience working in schools.
