LPN / IV Therapy Technician

WE'RE HIRING: LPN / IV THERAPY TECHNICIAN

Optimal Health and Wellness is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, dependable LPN or experienced IV Therapy Technician to join our team!

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care and is confident with IV placement, injections, and phlebotomy. You'll work in a welcoming, wellness-focused environment alongside a team passionate about helping patients feel their best.

Responsibilities include:• Starting and monitoring IV infusions• Phlebotomy and blood draws• Administering injections as permitted by credentials and clinic protocols• Obtaining vital signs and assisting with patient care• Preparing IV therapy rooms and supplies• Maintaining clean, organized treatment areas• Accurate documentation and inventory tracking• Providing a comfortable, positive experience for every patient• Working collaboratively with providers and clinic staff

We're looking for someone who is:• A licensed LPNor qualified IV Therapy Technician• Experienced and confident with IV starts and blood draws• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused• Dependable and organized• Comfortable working independently• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious• Interested in functional, integrative, and wellness-based medicine

Experience with IV nutrient therapy, functional medicine, regenerative medicine, or wellness services is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
