Vice President Franchise Development

The Vice President of Franchise Recruitment leads and develops a high-performing franchise recruitment team to achieve company growth through new franchise sales. This role is responsible for delivering quarterly and annual franchise agreement signings, franchise fee revenue, and a healthy development pipeline across assigned brands.

The VP provides strategic leadership, coaching, forecasting, and performance management while ensuring a consistent and disciplined franchise development process. In addition to driving sales results, the role oversees the identification, evaluation, and selection of qualified franchise candidates who align with brand values, operating standards, and long-term growth objectives, balancing growth with franchisee quality and long-term system success.
