AI Solutions Consultant

The AI Solutions Consultant is part internal consultant, part process designer and part hands-on AI builder. This role partners directly with teams across Operations, Sales and corporate functions to understand how work gets done, identify where AI can remove friction or improve outcomes, and then build and deploy agents using the company's internal AI portal and approved low/no-code AI tools.

This is a business-focused AI solutions and enablement role rather than a traditional product role. This role can be a strong fit for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who demonstrates unusually strong systems thinking, communication and comfort with AI. Experience in mortgage banking or financial services is helpful, but not required.
