Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Riverton, WY . The FNP/PA is a licensed healthcare provider responsible for delivering outpatient primary care services to patients across their lifespan.

Working within the scope of practice established by the State of Wyoming, the FNP/PA independently evaluates, diagnose, treats, and manages a wide variety of acute and chronic health conditions while promoting preventive care and healthy lifestyles.
