Benefits and HR Specialist

This position provides support to both the Benefits and Recruitment teams and reports to the Human Resource Supervisor and Benefits Manager. Under the supervision of the Benefits Manager, the Benefits & Human Resource Specialist provides employee support around enrollment in Mary Cariola medical, dental and vision plans and other benefit programs including retirement and other benefits.

The Benefits & Human Resource Specialist provides support and guidance to an assigned group of employees for all leave programs (short term disability, NYS paid family leave, workers compensation and FMLA).
