Clinical Assistant

Everleap Fertility has a need for a Clinical Assistant in our Englewood clinic. This is a Monday-Friday 5:30am-1:30pm with rotating Sundays. The Clinical Assistant will promote and restore patients’ health by assisting in the nursing process and supporting physicians and other multidisciplinary team members with hands-on patient care.

You will help to create a positive experience for our patients and ensure that patients receive high-quality service by assisting clinical team with patient care.

Essential Functions

Assist Physicians with clinical procedures Follow proper protocols for all procedures Practice phlebotomy Accurately document ultrasound measurements, provider comments and use appropriate stim templates while chaperoning ultrasounds. Clean exam rooms and equipment per protocol. Set up and stock examination and procedure rooms.

Maintain clinical supplies inventory. Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories. Manage Lanfax for outside labs, reports, results. Enter results and email to provider team for review. Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures.
