- SAP S/4HANA Level: Entry-Level / Post-Graduate (0 to 2 years of experience) Contract Type: Full-Time
- Permanent or Fixed-Term Location: [To be specified] About the Role We are looking for motivated, recently graduated candidates to join our digital transformation team as Associate Consultants
- SAP S/4HANA under the LGS-IBM 2027 Programme . This role is ideal for individuals passionate about ERP systems, business processes, and SAP technologies, who want to launch a rewarding career in a dynamic environment. You will work alongside experienced consultants on SAP S/4HANA deployment, configuration, and support projects, rapidly developing your technical and functional skills.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in business requirements analysis and drafting of functional specifications Contribute to the configuration and testing of assigned SAP S/4HANA modules Support data migration activities (extraction, transformation, loading) Assist in writing technical and end-user documentation Participate in end-user training workshops Support teams during user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live phases Provide first-level post-deployment support Collaborate with functional and technical teams in Agile or waterfall environments SAP S/4HANA Modules Covered Candidates may apply based on their profile or academic specialization in one or more of the following modules: Domain SAP S/4HANA Modules Finance FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) Logistics / Procurement MM (Materials Management), SRM, Ariba Sales SD (Sales & Distribution) Production PP (Production Planning), MRP Live Warehouse EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) HR Success.
Factors, HCM Projects PS (Project System) Technical Basic ABAP, Fiori/UX, BASIS, BTP (SAP Business Technology Platform) Data & Analytics SAP Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field Any SAP certification (SAP Certified Associate) is a significant asset Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional experience (internships, academic projects, and personal projects are considered) Exposure to SAP through coursework, simulations, or sandbox environments is an advantage Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, etc.)
