4th Grade Teacher (Washington Catholic - Washington, IN)

Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction that meets the academic and developmental needs of elementary students. Create a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and student growth. Assess student progress, use data to guide instruction, and provide appropriate intervention and enrichment.

Implement school curriculum, instructional expectations, and classroom procedures consistently. Communicate regularly and professionally with parents/guardians regarding student progress and needs. Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and administration to support student success. Maintain accurate student records, lesson plans, and required documentation.

Support the school’s mission, values, policies, and Catholic identity. Participate in professional development, meetings, and school activities. Promote student responsibility, character development, respect, and a strong classroom community. This position requires an Indiana Teaching License.
