About the Role

The Service Manager leads the Service Department by driving performance, growing service revenue, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position plays a key role in Fixed Operations and partners closely with leadership to support business growth. I-State Truck Center is part of Interstate Companies, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the truck service department Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing service team Drive service revenue, efficiency, and profitability Ensure excellent customer service and communication Monitor KPIs including labor efficiency, throughput, and margin Oversee work orders, quoting, and service invoicing Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Required Experience & Skills Prior experience as a Service Manager or Fixed Operations leader Strong knowledge of truck or diesel service operations Leadership, customer service, and communication skills Ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational metrics Mechanical understanding of truck repair and service processes Experience with 5S / Lean principles preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or G.

E.D.
