About the role

As a Mid-Senior Backend Developer at Bitrefill, you will help build our crypto payment solutions, integrate with suppliers, and enhance the backend of our services. You will join our Product team, collaborating with Backend and Frontend Developers, Designers, and other teams to ensure our services have high availability, low latency, and great scalability.

Our Tech Stack Node.js/TypeScript MongoDB, MySQL Amazon AWS, Kubernetes Third-party API integrations Typesense What you'll do Develop and maintain backend systems for crypto payments using Node.js/TypeScript Maintain our current service while continuously improving our systems and processes Implement new supplier and third-party integrations Collaborate with cross-functional teams What we're looking for 5+ years of Backend experience, mainly within our tech stack Node.

js/TypeScript and/or Python, but also Mongo, Typesense Experience in e-commerce platforms or similar Ability to make technical decisions and mentor junior people Excellent communication skills in English Curious about how AI is changing programming. Excited about AI-augmented workflows, not intimidated by them Bonus points It's a plus if you also have experience with search, working with Elasticsearch, Open.

Search, Apache Lucene, Solr, or similar. In this case, you would also work on designing, building, and optimizing internal search for our e-commerce platform and internal tools.
