Assist incoming and outgoing guests in entering/exiting the hotel and storing luggage on occasion. What you’ll be doing Principle duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions) include: Greet guests. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Explain and promote hotel facilities, outlets, and services to guest and provide information to guests regarding local attractions and activities.

Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Supply guests with directions. Arrange transportation for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed.

Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.

Qualifications

and Skills Professional verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills including dealing with difficult guests.
