With more than 100 courts established and operated across Scandinavia, we bring a wealth of experience and passion to the sport. Our iconic Battersea Power Station club, opened in 2024 and has quickly become a flagship destination and a hub for players of all levels. We offer four state-of-the-art indoor premium courts, providing year-round access to padel.
The Role We are looking for an energetic, engaging and professional Padel Coach to join our Battersea team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on delivering exceptional on-court experiences across- Corporate events Social and community sessions Private and group coaching Tournaments and competitive play Given the volume of corporate and social bookings at Battersea, this role goes beyond traditional coaching - it’s about creating memorable experiences, building relationships, and representing the Rocket Padel brand at the highest level .
Key Responsibilities
Event Delivery Lead and deliver premium corporate, private and social events Create a fun, inclusive and engaging environment for all participants Ensure every event runs smoothly, professionally, and to a high standard Coaching Deliver high-quality private and group coaching sessions across all levels Provide clear technical and tactical guidance tailored to player ability Support player progression and long-term engagement with the sport Community & Programming Lead weekly social sessions, themed events, and group activities Support tournaments and internal competitions Contribute ideas to enhance programming and player experience Club Contribution Work closely with the management team to evolve coaching and event offerings Maintain high standards of professionalism, organisation, and communication Act as a key ambassador for Rocket Padel on and off the court What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and presence -someone who can coach, host, and elevate the experience simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have: LTA Coaching Qualification (Padel) and active accreditation (essential) Valid First Aid & Safeguarding certifications Experience coaching adults and juniors across multiple levels Strong communication skills with fluent English Excellent time management and organisational ability A proactive, positive mindset with a team-first attitude A genuine passion for padel and building community How to Apply Please send your CV and a short covering note to: jay.
