HGV Class 1 Driver

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Peterborough area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team. Shifts: Operation runs across Monday to Sunday. Start Times: afternoons and night mainly with potential for occasional days (drivers must be flexible with start times).

Pay Rate: £17.79 per hour PAYE (6am to 10pm). £18.79 per hour PAYE (10pm to 6am). Location: Peterborough. Job Type: Ad-hoc / Temp / Ongoing. The role: Trunking

• Performing trunk runs to the hub.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E). Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. 6 months minimum experience required No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Full understanding of WTD legislation. Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position. Excellent communication skills.
