  • This position is eligible for a semi-annual bonus based on performance Lead commercial revenue strategy and sales team performance across a portfolio of 18 hotels in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville, Pigeon Forge, and Memphis, TN; Birmingham, Huntsville, and Montgomery, AL; Meridian, MS; Hayti and Poplar Bluff, MO; and Paducah and Bowling Green, KY. This role is based in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and communicate revenue strategies for hotels in your market. Lead and coach a market sales team to grow accounts and capture new business. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to improve results. Partner with internal teams (Revenue Management, Marketing, National Sales) to align strategies.

What We’re Looking For: 3 to 5 years of outside sales and account management experience (hospitality preferred). Demonstrated success in a seasoned leadership role with direct team oversight Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Drives results by partnering across departments to achieve shared business goals Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms.

Ability to travel up to 40%.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. Ultimately, this role requires a highly visible leader with strong business acumen who drives the ideal mix of business, develops their team, and keeps all departments connected to their role in delivering results.
